It’s the eve of new year. Happy birthday to us! You are perhaps the longest commitment I’ve been able to keep and it has always been more than worth it.

I know it’s weird to love a digital object but I really do love you and I don’t know what my life would have been like if it weren’t for you.

Thank you for saving me so many times, for changing my life, for being the most tangible thing in my life.

Thank you for allowing me to have the best life simply by using my words and sharing my thoughts and just being the many versions of me, as we’ve witnessed over the years.

I know we don’t talk as much but I try and I’ll try harder especially in these times where I need to tell you so many things, the most things I’ve ever had to say, in fact.

Do Not Blog & Drive

I haven’t had coffee the entire day and I am just realizing that this is the one thing missing from my life.

There is chicken and liempo in the car and I am just dying to rip apart this paper bag and eat everything with my bare hands. Traffic is fo shore going to be the death of me.

I just wanna be home, sitting on the couch and watching fish videos with my Paolobear.

I don’t think you guys realize how dependent I am. 😂

Happy to say I’m not completely horrible at cooking and that One day I’ll actually be able to feed a family anything other than take out

I Won Dimsum Break’s 1st Cebuano Flatlay Challenge!

Amazing things happen when you least expect it, like being the first ever person to win The Great Cebuano Flatlay Challenge despite possibly being the worst person to take flatlay photos on the face of the earth.

It was a fun afternoon filled with food & creativity and I got to play with my food and win some prizes which was definitely the sweet and sour sauce on top of my spring rolls!

Cebu Travel Leaders Night with Cebu Pacific- We’re Going To Palawan!!

Sometime in November, a collection of content creators each with their own niches, gathered in celebration of life, the world and creating a positive effect for the future. The Cebu Travel Leaders Night was a fun night filled with food, games and fellowship plus- an amazing surprise at the end of the night which you’ll find out after scrolling down.

The event was held at Balay sa Busay, a quaint little restaurant found on top of Cebu’s beautiful mountains with an amazing view and amazing food which is perfect for those looking for a quick release from the city with friends and family.

This candy themed installation, located at the North Wing of SM City Cebu, is free for anyone and everyone who has a knack for quirky and fun photos.

Cebu Fashion Bloggers Colors of Marrakech Christmas Party x Thanksgiving Party

Our CFB Christmas & Thanksgiving party was a little early this year as the December months can get quite hectic. We opted for the theme Colors of Marraekech which is a bold and bright display of colors significantly associated with Morocco with hues of deep purples, teal and camel.

Dressing up in this theme sparked the inner gypsy- hippie in me and I gladly took the opportunity to take out my multi-colored cover up that I got on one of my thrift store adventures.

I wanted to stick to theme with the little dressing options that I had as I didn’t want to have to go out and spend for a new outfit. I figured the embodiment of this theme was something free, flowy and definitely colored so I came up with this:

The “walang suklay” look was not intended but it added a nice touch. Throw in a nice chain head piece and it might’ve looked a little put together- unfortunately, I threw mine out. boo.

Bo’s Coffee, Cebu’s homegrown brew and coffee chain with 103 stores nationwide and 108 by the end of the year, pays homage to its roots with the launch of its first tribute store at their Capitol site, Osmeña Boulevard.

Since 1996, Bo’s Coffee has been serving fresh coffee made with handpicked Arabica coffee beans from Sagada, Benguet, Mount Kitanglad in Bukidnon, Mount Matutum in Tupi, South Cotabato, and Mount Apo, and Robusta beans from Cavite and other coffee highlanfs and regions in the Philippines.

They also support social enterprise by partnering by local micro- small entrepreneurs who have met local and global quality standards for their store interiors, products and merchandise such as Bayani Brew, Theo and Philo, Tablea, Agrea CocoSugar, Hope in a Bottle, Obrano Craft, Namana, Dusty Maroon, Funk Trunk Phil., Loudbastard, and Anthill.

The 300 sq. m. tribute store is a recognition of Philippine coffee and the brand’s humble beginnings in Cebu. It serves as a homage and form of gratitude to Bo’s Coffee stakeholders who have been pivotal to the brand’s growth from the farmers and entrepreneurs to the baristas and artists. The brand also aims to recognize the local community who has helped its growth for 23 years.

Its homegrown coffee menu and furniture from local artisans such as renowned industrial designer, Kenneth Cobonpue presents the best of the Philippines to local and foreign tourists. The interiors are decked in designs from the Bo’s Coffee archive collection such as the wicker table from their first store. Patrons can expect intricate coffee at the store’s experience bar, a communal space which celebrate the Philippine Coffee Origins. The store also features more menu options and lifestyle merchandise items and can seat up to 110 people.

Bo’s Coffee Capitol is open from 7 am to 1 am daily. In Cebu, Bo’s coffee can be found in 29 locations.
